All meetings with me will be virtual, either video conference (Zoom) or by phone.

The initial fee includes review of any records/materials you provide and a 60 minute conversation to answer your questions and help you make decisions. Additional meeting time can be arranged as needed, for an additional fee.

I can attend the appointment by speaker phone (with your doctor’s permission). Special arrangements can be made for me to travel to your location if you wish to have me attend in person (additional fees and travel expenses apply).

I don’t routinely provide a written report of our discussions. Upon request, I can provide a written report for an additional fee.

Absolutely! I’m happy to assist with recording a Zoom call, and you are welcome to record phone calls.

There are times when it can be helpful to discuss your vision goals with me prior to meeting with your surgeon. This discussion with me can help you be clear about what you want out of the cataract surgery when talking with the surgeon. For example, understanding the difference between single distance vision, monovision and multifocal lens implants is sometimes helpful so you can tell the surgeon what you want from the beginning of the process.
