Anchor your new energetic state after a session with David. Energy work shifts the configuration (frequency) of your personal energetic field to a new, elevated vibrational state. Your new energetic state needs anchoring and maintenance or it may drift back towards how it was before your session with David. You anchor and maintain your new energetic state through new thinking and behavior.
